You use your abs very hard on squats, deadlifts, and standing OHP already.
It's like isolating your quads as a beginner when they'll get bigger anyway doing squats.
You don't need to isolate anything as a beginner because you're so small and weak just doing basic compounds will make you bigger.
That is why beginner programs have little volume. When you are an advanced lifter, the top part of your squat may fail while your bottom part may be strong, hence why all the accessories are there.
For you, just doing a squat will make your squat go up. Just using your abs will make your abs stronger
