Alright fit in getting worried. Basically I only poop about once every three days and us usually thick and rock hard. I eat fiber ( oats, apples, bananas, veggies etc) and not much meat but I do eat a ton of dairy (cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, milk etc.)

Could the dairy be at blame. I drink plenty of water and virtually no soda. Also in not fat.
