When I start seeing gains I usually start getting more confident and check myself out in the mirror more.

So made my life better, people see me as a chad and not the insecure socially inept guy I really am

I've gone from sperg pol user to a skinhead, also married now. Soldiers of Odin came to my city too soo I hope to be more politically active. All in all it made m grow balls.
