Matё tea is God tier for energy, makes me feel like a beast

Japanese greens are great for taking a break, or relaxing in general

White tea has lots of L Theanine so it's good for fighting anxiety, I drink it before going in public

And of course, a good Earl Grey is God Tier for everything. Also super cozy.

I like a coffee before work, but green tea at work/just after, chamomile tea in the evenings/before bed. Usually drink my teas black or will put in some stevia or honey for sweetener. I think overall tea is "healthier", due to antioxidants and other shit like that, but only has about 1/3 the amount of caffiene as coffee
