Have you ever had joint and/or tendon problems due to lifting? If so, how did you cure them? Ibuprofen? Diclofenac? Something else?
Me:
Mild elbow bursitis (triceps) both sides
Severe golfers elbow both sides
Bicep tendonitis left arm
Also shoulder pain both sides
(May sound odd because dont know exact english terms, but should be sufficient to understand)
All of the above prevent me from using heavy weights for my
training which is why im stalling for several months now.
Been deloading on all major lifts, but it hasnt gotten much better.

Im aware that most aas decrease collagen synthesis to almost zero, but "sadly" this is not the cause of my problems. Would like to run low enanthate, but it wouldn't make sense before i havent healed my shit

- Avoid NSAIDs
- Do high reps with light weight to promote blood flow
- Light stretching

Take an omega 3 supplement. Short term you can megadose fish oil, but very high doses should be avoided long term due to lipid peroxidation.

My dad uses bpc157. He used to be a bodybuilder and he has a few bad areas. Not sure if placebo but it cleared shit up for him for sure.

Stop lifting now. Tendons take a lot longer to heal than muscle. You're just making your problems worse until you will eventually need surgery. When you feel no pain at all, you may begin lifting again.

aware this might be the best option, but thb i couldnt take it. not lifting for a year would make me go insane. think im gonna inject myself a peptide or two. inb4 op's head explodes

From a website on BCP 157: "What's the necessary dosage?" If we use the existing rodent data as a yardstick...
Holy shit, people actually ingest substances that must be measure by "rodent data"...

Lol, most peptides have very limited research on humans, and possible long term risk factors are anyone's guess.Testimonies certainly are good though for some of them, bpc157 for sure.
