Mi friend practices mma and wanted to wrestle me too, he's 180cm and like 70-75kg, almost skelly and I'm 187cm and 120kg fatass with 620kg pl total. We start to wrestle, he takes my back, obvously and goes for the guillotine, I press my chin against my chest so he can't get to my throat, get on my feet with him on my back and slam both our bodies on the ground, with him taking all the damage, since I dropped on the back. He released me immediately, ended up sitting on top of him.
