Today I hit a 315 squat single at like RPE 7.5ish to depth (yes I got a video from a good angle and it was the same depth as my 355) but my back still collapsed and rounded. I literally can't get my back to not do that when I go over 90%, so I'm just gonna squat with an SSB until I get better at staying upright.

It seems my left Erector spinae is larger and stronger than my right and it's causing discomfort with the back squat when I deadlift. I'm assuming it's not some weird imbalance and that I'm just being a dork, but I'd like to back off for a while and possibly try some variations to maintain strength while I'm not diddlying.
I don't have access to much other than free weights and some sort of deadlift meme machine.

I also took an extra rest day because I was lazy, sore, and fatigued and I feel better than ever. Definitely worth it.
