Eat Paleo but still eat sweet fruits, beans, and whole grains. Just avoid processed food, dairy as much as possible (gives you acne in my experience), candy, and shitty oils like canola.

Eh, I like dairy, and if I have the enzyme to handle lactose I don't really understand how it doesn't fit into the "time-tested" bit of paleo. The absence of dairy leads me to believe it is bro-science geared towards farty Asians.

Pretty sure my Suebian ancestors were drinking milk and beer and eating cheese 2000+ years ago. Don't know why I need to go back 2.5 million years for paleo.
