i didn't really start it by choice, i started doing it when hot water was cut in my block for a couple of days. i've noticed i am more alert and have more energy throught the day, the downside is that i got a really mild cold/sore throat because of it

same reason, i started because of convenience ( didn't have time to fap due to traveling and i didn't really want to ), got less anxiety, more energy confidence and focus and need less sleep, the downside is that i can never get enough rest because of it, now i wake up after only 5 hours and while i don't feel tired i know my judgement and reaction time is slightly impaired. also got nuts and lower abdomen mild pain sometimes

but it is. muscles recover after 2-3 days so on the 3rd or 4th day you're good to go train again those muscles. also you're not working all your upper body muscles at once for 4 days, you're working pushing movements, and pulling movements
