seriously, I'm doing Madcow for 2 years, and chest, back, legs, shoulders look great, but my arms are way lagging behind even though I include a random bicep exercise every single day I go to the gym

How are you isolating your biceps/triceps? Focus on the squeeze while performing the exercises. Also, training them three times a week is probably detrimental.
