not really. there are sites that will estimate your 1rm based off 3 or 5rm's but the only way to really know is to do a 1 RM

your 5RM is around 90% of your 1RM, give or take a little, and your 5x5 is roughly 90% of your 5RM. So maybe 215lbs in your case.

My deadlift fucking sucks
It really only improved when I bulked. Every other lift went up much fast, but my DL was just barely moving. I ended up squating (for 5) 10lb under my deadlift 5RM.
Did anyone experience this when they started out? I got up to maybe ~190 while cutting, then it went up to 225 after a short bulk (as did my squat)
