This definitely has nothing to do with fitness but just drink less so you're more aware of your actions. I mean if you want to drink go for it but not every night needs to be a get shitfaced situation.

Well it depends, If you become an agressive asshole after drinking 2 beers or 10. If you become a dick instantly you probably should stay away from drinking. Atleast for a while

I was in a situation like this too. 4 beers and I was going completely psychotic and uncontrollable. I think your mind needs a break from alcohol.

Being drunk just takes away limits.

Yeah, just stop drinking. If you're doing it to turn up, there are other ways. If you're doing it to socialize, switch to phenibut, but make sure not to take it more than 2x per week to avoid addiction.
