Guillotine by bench press

Stand up straight?

Go stand in front of a wall and take a mental picture of what that feels like

Superman stand, hands on hips, head straight.

literally just consciously straighten yourself at all times until it becomes second nature.

/fit/ made me correct my posture. All the manlet memeing made me subconviously aware of other people's height and I started standing up like a broomstick was up my ass in order to gain as many inches as possible and now I do without even thinking about.

Scapula retracted downwards towards your ass, shoulders resting, hips in front, stomach in. If it feels uncomfortable you're probably doing it right, since you're used to a shitty posture.

On this picture, red means the muscle group is relatively strong and tight, green means it is relatively weak and loose.

Strong/Tight - Spinal erectors, Hip Flexors

Weak/Loose - Glutes/Hamstrings, Abs

This is probably caused by sitting too much.

You need to stretch out the spinal erectors and hip flexors, and strengthen and constantly activate the glutes/hams and abs.

How to do this:

You probably shouldnt stretch the spinal erectors too much, google it. You absolutely need to stretch the hip flexors though.

Work on glute/hamstring activation in the deadlift. Ensure your lower back is as straight as possible when deadlifting. Learn to brace properly.

Most importantly, learn to constatnly activate the glutes and abs when standing and walking. After a week or so it'll become second nature.

You are a rag doll.
Your body is held upright by a string tied to the top of your head.
Chin up, shoulders back and down.
Ears, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles should align in one straight line.
All your weight is being held by that string.
You float as you walk.
Lead the knee and keep your feet as close to parallel with the floor.
Big toe should generate force before step is taken.

Your core is weak, you need to train your core to fix the imbalance. You can literally search up a YouTube video for fixing this.

Plank to failure 3x per day for a couple months
Try to sit less (this is what has caused the tilt)

This is a body problem which will not be solved by just trying to walk with better posture.
