Yeah, that's basically what I do, depending on the movement. You could add some really light stretching and barbell work. Assuiming you do 2-3 of the main movements on the same day, something like basic bitch stretching and empty bar 3x10 for diddys, BTNP, OHP and skwaats should be enough for getting your body ready and not tiring it out.

I think that's KINDA similar to what Bryce Lewis does anyways.

Session today actually went ok. Squats didn't cause me any knee pain. Was able to work on sumo form without any pain. Could bench without pain.

Looks like you're not loading your hamstrings before the pull.

You drop your hips, lose tension, then "round back squat" the weight up. Not terribly, but you lose positioning quick.

Maybe lighter RDL's, SLDL's, or even 1" pauses off the floor until you feel your hammies holding the ship together.

Does anyone here do any accessories at the end of their workout for shoulder/elbow health (AESTHETICS)

I superset ohp, curls and rear delt flies then I go to another area and do lat pulldowns, lateral raises and leg raises. I do these at a pretty low RPE to not interfere too much with my other lifts, doing an ab movement really helps preventing lordosis

Its hard to explain over text, but lean back so that the bar wants to come off the ground by simply using your own bodyweight, essentially driving the bar into your shins without using your lats, but by leaning back.

you can lean back without moving knees forward (if knees move forward, hips go lower, and if knees are foward you increase sheer force on knee*)
