I need help, im an ex anorexic and ive recovered a lot lately. I need help with my arms.

Im not insecure about my body but im tired of looking at my arm and seeing a bone with skin, please help.

I have acess to a bar, weights, and a weight machine. Im also a cross country runner and routinely run every day. Ive recovered by eating an assload of food. ive gained about 70 pounds.
Mind helping figure this out?

Sticky. Wont gain arm mass without eating a lot and lifting. It will be harder since you are an extreme runner.
