OP this basically happened to me as well a few years ago when I started lifting.

I highly suggest you down until you have abs and after that cut, start bulking SLOWLY and lifting HARD. If you keep bulking you're just going to take half a year to cut off all that nasty fat and you won't look any better.

It's a bad angle for the mirror and in shit lighting, it has to sit at an angle to be able to stand. There's not a single place I can put it where I can get a full body picture that is gonna look decent. My hormones are fine and my test is likley above average.

I just need to go out to the gym and get a more regular diet, but I want to sit where I am right now for a little while longer to give my skin some time to tighten up a bit more. Part of the reason I look so shitty is because of all the loose skin around my gut and ass.

I've done it before a while ago, but my situation changed and I've just never committed to going back. I know if I do go I know I'll stay because working out is legitimatley fun. I just haven't worked up the bother to go find a gym that would work for me, and the last time I was about to find something my financial situation changed drastically and I got a bit spooked about to committing to another bill when I wasn't sure I was gonna be able to pay the ones I had.

Started lifting right two years ago, was obsessed with the gym and eating right, lost a ton of weight, was making it, and then my ex or 4.5 years moved to town to try to make it work, and started fucking around with guys. It's hard sometimes but it's doable.
Also, don't pay attention to the cut shredded sick whatever guys. They've oft never been overweight and were skinny and just jumped on the juice and life shortening fat burners to get their look.

I've considered adding arm isolation work in, but I can't find any articles on doing that while also on a strength program. Also, I feel like doing pushups and pullups every day in addition to GSLP may be exhausting enough for me.

I'm on a TDEE+500 bulk right now, planning to continue for another month and a half then cut till december. Normally I'd cut now as I'm starting to feel self conscious about my weight, but I'm graduating from college in December and want to look as good as I can by then out of vanity. Also, my lifts are still uncomfortably low and, in my experience, my progress pretty much stops the minute I drop even to maintenance :(

The Greyskull ebook has some ideas on how to add isolation work on your workout, if you ask someone can probably upload it to you.

It's not that hard though. I added curls, skullcrushers, v-handle lat pulldowns and cable flies on my workouts. I keep them on 2 sets of 8-10, and I do curls and flies on bench day, pulldowns on DL day and skullcrushers on OHP day.

Yeah, I really need to read through that book sometime, I forgot I had it on my computer. I'm nervous about the idea of skullcrushers, just because I heard they can be really hard on the elbows as you move up in weight. To help with my bench I started doing close grip incline bench press on non-bench days, and it's helped a lot but might be just as bad :/

One day I'll start doing some kind of flies, but right now I'm focusing on getting my numbers up on my big lifts (also, I work out at home and don't have any cable machines)
