I've uploaded my 23andme DNA results to athletigen to see it says. Apparently I'm genetically gifted for power lifting or sprinting.
Has anyone else here done it?
Nah brah, I was interested but I also believe the science on genetics and sports performance is pretty lacking right now.
One of the most important genetic factors for a lot of sports is body structure anyways. You just need a mirror for that. Athletigen is still free, no?

Kek, might hold some truth.
So what are you doing now?
So basically, if you don't have the ACTN3 gene you may as well give up.

It looks like I should switch from running 1500m and 800m to 400m or 200m. I narrowly missed out on representing my country at the U20 world champs in 800m.
Top Kek. OP can probably just take a wank and grow muscles.
