Anybody here sore for an abnormal amount of time? When I work out i'm always sore for a good four to five days. Any fixes?

I'm doing PPL and by the end of the first cycle i'm sore as fuck. i do PPLxPPLx though so it works really well for me.
If you're sore for around 3 days, this would be a perfect routine because each day focuses on different groups, and each group gets 3 days to rest, every time.

Do you eat enough and sleep enough? How long have you been lifting? Doms aren't nearly as bad after a while, and you can still train even if sore

I eat well, maybe not as much sleep as need. Maybe barely six to eight hours a day.

I sleep 4-6 hours a day, workout nearly everyday, have a fucked up diet, smoke and drink heavily. I don't ever get sore.

Basically this. Either you're not getting enough protein or sleep or you haven't trained enough usually the doms diminishes the more regularly you train, hence the whole leg day meme being associated with newfags only
