I just saw this picture of a diet plan and I am curious about it right now. It shows a lot of vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates and light meat (turkey/chicken) but also some kind of fat (oil, nuts, etc.).
Shouldn't I avoid fats? My goal is lose weight.
