The whole point of LP programs is to get stronger as fast as possible tho, nobody does these routines for aesthetics unless they are trying to build a strength fundation first

Yeah but doesn't Phrak's Greyskull also focus on hypertrophy? Also, how do you even transition a beginner program into a 5 day split seamlessly? Do you just make a few adjustments?
