I've put a curb on my drinking. Never an alcy, but after I drank a 24 pack in my apartment alone and still coherent I figured my liver needed a break

Not only are you cutting out a lot of calories, drinking lots would make me want to eat lots. And then the hangover stopped me from working out, and encouraged me to eat greasy shit. A break from drinking alone made me lose weight

I work at a brewery, get free and cheap beer, and still I only have 1-2 beers max every couple of days and never on days I'm lifting.
In College, go out 1 to 3 times a week, depending what parties are on.
If I'm going out I'll have a bottle of vodka at pres and around 4-8 drinks while I'm out.

Alcohol is bad for your body.
There is literally nothing beneficial that can come from drinking. It can only create problems in one's life (And it usually does)

I drink every day. Used to drink about 3/4 of a 750 of gin in the evening plus a few drinks at lunch, now it's usually just a few drinks at lunch and a few after gym in the evening. Usually beer and bourbon. I've had liver tests, physicals, all good. I probably can't keep this up forever, but for now I almost definitely look better than all of you.

i dropped 20lbs in a few months by cutting out booze completely. not only was i not slamming down liquid calories, i wasnt getting drunken fried food/pizza cravings any more. i recommend it

All my friends are social weekend drinkers so I can't blaze it wit them, also I've never really liked the Rogan Stick. I've done it loads of times at parties just to be polite but it does nothing for me. The most it's ever done was make me a little tired
