>Brings me three more containers and tells me to take them for nothing
>Also gives me a shaker bottle and a couple of protein bars

>we crack open a few brews and continue shooting the shit as though not a single day has passed

I recently overcame my depression, through meditation, and in turn, it helped with my short fuse and anger. I feel wonderful. I also changed gyms and this gym has all new, high tech equipment, even machines I thought they only had in America, so that's been wonderful too.

DYEL mode here still, just started a split last week, everything hurts.
