I take 20 of them daily. I shit out of my asshole sometimes but otherwise no real side effects. I've yet to notice benefits so I might up the usage.

I am supposed to take them for a medical condition (besides my regular daily pill) because they may help over time and there's no real downside to using them, they do so much good in general.

Except when I started taking them, I stopped pooping.
I didn't realize for about 3 months, I was trying to figure out why the hell did I stop pooping regularly and easily.

Then I went on vacations in August, and forgot to take them with me, and suddenly I pooped daily like the rest of my life. I haven't taken them since and I am now back to daily poops.

I'm planning to visit my nephrologist later in September, I'll tell him about my poop problems I hope he doesn't make me take fish oil.
