I normally take some kind of decongestant. I get pretty stuffed up. Just more nose blowing and hacking mucus

Continue on as if I don't have a cold. I'm convinced that lower level illnesses like colds and flus(not serious influenza, just typical stomach/fatigue bugs) are mostly mental. Just choose not to be sick, cause once you go "I guess I'm sick now" you give in and the symptoms get worse.
