Dehydration has a ton of more symptoms and if you aren't in the hospital or dead, you aren't dehydrated.
It takes a whopping 5-6 days of no fluids to become legitimately dehydrated, 3-4 if you're extremely scrawny or a fat fuck
At any other point you are either only slightly low on fluid or thirsty, not dehydrated.
