Creatine
Beta-Alanine
Caffeine (pills if you want).

30 - 45 mins before workout take 5g of creatine (take 5g on rest days too), 200mg caffeine and 3g BA.

If you want to waste money and add more shit you can get BCAA's and L-Citrulline.

All the other stuff is either unproven, inconsistent, or unnecessary.
