I really don't like him, it's not like I hate him but he is just boring and talks like a kid. Eric Bugenhagen is the only non Olympic lifter worth watching anyway

Better off just watching Eric Bugenhagen and reading Jamie Lewis' blog (chaosandpain).

However, his training style is a lot better than most 'youtube fitness' channels so I'll watch his training videos to get some exercise ideas.
