1) What is the significance of the second list of exercises? Do the increments/weight on the same line go towards them like the first?
2) What does "INF" stand for?
3) Where did you get this and how can you tell if it's authentic?
4) What was his body weight at the time and is it comparable to yours?
5) the fuck is an incline curl or a "con" curl?
6) where are the back exercises?
7) where's his cardio routine?
8) do you train in martial arts similar to him?
