The fuck is this shit? I'm losing my fucking gains. Sleep is propably the worst part of bodybuilding because you just cannot force yourself to sleep.

I take melatonin some nights when I need to get a decent sleep. Probably better for you than sleeping pills and it's effective

stop taking vitamin pills and supplements. eat regular food and veggies. b12 in vitamin pills kills your sleep. don't eat 3 or more hours before sleep.
