Hi, european here. I went to /ck/ "food and cooking" to ask this but there were cock pics and a scat thread up front so I guess that place isn't what it sounds like.
Back on topic, I saw pic related at the store and decided to try it because it has a lot of protein. Tried putting it on sandwiches but that greasy stuff just stuck everywhere in my mouth and I felt like I couldn't swallow properly.
So how do you eat this?

Op if you're european buy the african peanut butter, not that skippy brand. It doesn't use hydrogenated fats and it's cheaper.
