What do you do for weighted ab workouts ?
I personally do crunches holding a 5kg or 10kg plate behind my head as well as weighted leg-lifts and side bends.

Leg raises are the one, although I just do mine lying flat on a bench, weight between my feet and do that.

Well most people do when trying to build actual abdominal muscles.
i use resistance bands on my decline bench for ab stuff sometimes, but mainly i just do heel touches 5xF twice a week

Bench press is a terrible exercise with very little payoff for the average guy.
All a guy needs is:
Push ups
Pull ups
Chin ups
OHP
Front Squats
Deadlifts
Anything more is just fluff.
Oh, and forget the power rack. Just get a pull up bar, barbell, plates, and something to deadlift on.
