Does this stuff with fasted cardio make you lose fat faster, or just more evenly around your body? I'm trying to get rid of this gut and bitch tits one way or another.
I wouldn't recc this supplement as a good starting point. I've been using it for the past 5 weeks three times a weeks w/ fasted hiit cardio and I've been seeing a good amount of bodyfat% drop. But I'm currently around 9.5% trying to get to 7-5% range. Just focus on diet and sustained cardio (30-60mins) for higher bf% ranges

Never tried it for weight loss but it gives me super boners but then crippling headaches the following day.

>tfw order YHCl and it doesn't do anything for me.
>No side effects, no energy boost, etc.
>Don't know if I just got a shitty product or it's my body

where did you buy it from?

Powder city.
Can this stuff combined with HIIT help me escape skinnyfat mode? And yes I am lifting but I only just started as you can see.

Prima force worked for me. Got it from Google.
Once I've got some more disposable income, I'm gonna grab some to get my bf% down before I start the winter bulk.
>>38572778
just keep with lifting for now
>>38572778
I agree with the other anon. Even though Y is cheap and doesn't take much extra effort, I would focus on keeping simplicity in your fitness before complicating things. Just lift and don't eat too much for a while. You seem to have a decent set of ab muslces hidden under the fat, so just let it show little by little.
Is just HIIT enough to burn fat, such as the 4 minute Tabata routine, or is it better to do 30 minutes of steady state?
>>38573202
high intensity interval training is much better for losing fat and building muscle. I doubt that only 4 minutes is as effective as half an hour of steady state though.
>>38573202
HIIT is more efficient at burning fat per unit time. LISS is certainly effective as well, and I recommend it for general cardiovascular endurance.

Perhaps I should do HIIT some days, LISS the others? Is 4 minutes enough for HIIT? 20:10 seems pretty intense for 4 minutes, but it IS only 4 minutes.
>>38573233
HIIT is meant to push you to your limits, that's why Tabata is only 4 minutes. Alternating days sounds like a good idea. Even just doing uphill walking on a treadmill and getting your HR in the ~140 range is great LISS and it's easier on your joints than running.

a bottle is like $10, plus it makes no sense to lose bodyfat a month or so before you bulk. The results would just be erased
>>38570346
Could you use it fasted without doing cardio?
>>38575007
Yes but it wouldn't do much.
