Stop right now. Go see a doctor tomorrow. He should give you some pills or refer you to a specialist, but just stop running until you see him ffs.

really is it that bad? I've been running for some time now and I feel bretty good. Also no heart attack history in my family (so far).

I mean there's no one size fits all solution for max HR, avg HR or target HR really. It's individual, like calorie intake.

Literally can't breathe or *literally* can't breathe

run slower.

The "target heart rate" is a meme. The dudes who invented it say it was a really rough estimate and not meant to be taken with any kind of medical seriousness.
>>38568538
Well kind of a mixture of both desu it's like I could run maybe 5 extra minutes but then i would just pass out

>tfw resting heart rate is 70 beats per second

It's your body's way of telling you to cool down. If you've been running for a while and you are still ignoring it then you are damaging your heart further. I don't want to diagnose you from such little info, but your heart isn't getting the oxygen around fast enough. There are several pills your doctor can prescribe after a diagnosis. But if you don't stop running and see a doctor asap there is a high likelyhood of a fatal brain haemorrhage

I thought it was good to push it past the limit.

TO the limit. Even the song goes "push it to the limit". Sing that in your head when running to remember to not kill urself
