He's severely mentally ill. He just said he ruined his entire vacation by having constant panic attacks for an entire day and night about Youtube's new Jewish content judging system. It doesn't even really affect him but he still almost gave himself a heart attack over it.

He's got like 5 years left max. He's a good guy I hope his general happiness continues.

He and his wife live off jewtube money and their new rules would demonitise all of his Francis videos, his most viewed ones, and vlog vids are fairly often full of swear words or 'controversial' topics. All combined he is looking down the barrel of no money, and to make things better his wife recently told fatmart to shove their job.
TL:DR soon he will be so poor losing weight may not be a problem as he slowly starves to death.
