You must eat allot of meat and carbs to bulk. You must eat no junkfood/useless carbs like cake,burgers and fried chicken (you guys can, they can be plentiful in carbs and fat, and protein-talking bout fried chicken.)

Amino Acids
Multivitamins
Creatine
Pre-Workout Formula for increased focus and energy
You will find how to take each in bodybuilding forums.

You will choose your goals.
You will choose an idol.

Right now, best thing for you is to lift whatever weight you can, and work your way up. From the bar or less, if you have to. SL has a decent app that makes this easy as fuck. Don't be afraid to drop down to 3x5 if you want; doesn't make any real difference.
