Specifically looking into anatomy and physiology books, any recommendations? I'm not a med student or anything, just looking to learn more about the human body from a credible source
>>
grab a kineseology text book instead

you wont really need the physio part

How about stuff about the endocrine system and hormones? It seems like it would be super useful to know, yet people barely talk about it

Moore=Anatomy
Guyton/Costanzo=Physiology
All u need mane
>>
You can always give a look to Ross & Wilson's Anatomy and Physiology in Health and Illness.
>>

it's a huge field mang

you're gonna have to look at NSCA/NASM/ACSM textbooks about personal training

THEN

dive deeper into other textbooks and make connections
>>
I have a used Netter's atlas and like it.

Guytons is god tier for physiology.

For anatomy Greys is alri, and the Sobotta is my favourite atlas by far.

I got a truckload of med books in pdf so ask if you want something in particular.

The "made ridiculously simple" series is entertaining to read and full of mnemonics, but not very complete.

Not OP but if you could dump what you consider to be the best for physiology and anatomy that would be amazing
>>

Forgot to add, Dr. Najeeb's lectures are nice and a lot of them are in yt. (If you can stand the slowest speaking indian dude in the world as a teacher kek)

Sorry mate but im a huge homo and I dont have my hard drive on me.

If you want to satisfy your curiosity about the human body's general workings get a Guytons and a Greys anatomy.

Im sure finding torrents for them is easy.
It might get confusing if you have zero knowledge about basic biology and biochemistry tho.

As a final advice never ever trust wikipedia as a source in this subjects, the fags doing the articles obviously copy and paste shit without understanding the matter
