been lifting for almost iver a year now and I was skinnyfat at 124lbs when I first started and I'm very happy with the results though İts quite slow
I wanted to know if I should keep lifting or change my goals into something else other than aesthetics since my shoulder to hip ratio is not that good

long bicep= will look great in long term-peak
long abs = do stomach vacuums everyday and do NOT hit abs
