So.. this guy is a personal trainer. I'm questioning his technique though. This is deadlift (155 kg). What do you think?

And he is going down way too slow, doing heavy eccentric deadlifts doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

Stay straight up, don't hip thrust, don't lean back, don't round your back and you should be fine. Also, control the descend of the bar, but don't work against.
