So.. this guy is a personal trainer. I'm questioning his technique though. This is deadlift (155 kg). What do you think?

That pelvic thrust at the top is pretty gay

Well yeah, but the technique itself, is it fine. Couldnt he really hurt himself, doing it like this?

Yes

Yes to the technique or that he could really hurt himself? (not OP).
He's lowering it a bit too slowly

His technique is fine. The weight is novice-tier though, so i am not sure why he is a PT.
holy shit this is bad. this dude is only 3 exits away from snapcity!

it seems weird. His body should be straight at the top, but it's more something like this

And he is going down way too slow, doing heavy eccentric deadlifts doesn't seem like a good idea to me.
Stay straight up, don't hip thrust, don't lean back, don't round your back and you should be fine. Also, control the descend of the bar, but don't work against.
Any average male could deadlift that much weight in 6 months of proper training, It looksl ike he doesn't fully extend his legs on the first rep and he is also wear straps for that baby weight. Hes a weak ass pussy
