Had Hitler been taller there's a good chance he would have been more intelligent.
Had he been more intelligent he might not have invaded Russia.
He might also have had the intellectual rigor to sway Franco.

I'm not too well versed on World War 2 but I'm sure there would have been ample opportunities to make better decisions than those that were actually made or not made.
