2. TRT, actual TRT will only put you within normal ranges, usually somewhere considered mid range.

3. You don't get bloodtests for testosterone that don't show T/E ratios and if he was getting legitimate medically prescribed TRT, they most certainly checked his T/E ratios and explained what they were.

That looks really slow for 90% but after a 2 month break it makes sense.

This was a single I hit at 97% 3 days after maxing out. (Don't mind one of my knees caving in. I was playing around with my form and trying a wider stance/pushing my knees out more.)

Honestly, the reason I initially switched is that I can pull sumo without my back rounding like crazy. Much more than I can say for conventional. (see attached)

I'm not that great at sumo so you probably shouldn't take my advice, but I think having a really wide stance and focusing on pushing my knees out a lot has helped.

One thing about sumo is that sometimes you'll start the pull and be trying to break the bar off the ground your hardest and it won't move for 1-2 seconds. Then all of a sudden it'll fly up to lockout. Probably because without back rounding the pull is hardest at the bottom.

Yeah, you do a top set of 5 at say 100kg, then on Friday you do top for of 102.5kg for 3, and the following Monday you do that 102.5kg top set for 5.

I've never ran a program with easier squat progression. The rop set of 3 was always a walk in the park for me. The bench started strong but I quickly plateud so watch out for that.
