i won't post pic but i can tell you i'm 185 or 6'1.
i started at about 147, 15%bf, got to about 155-157 and cut back to 147 this summer. i pretty much replaced 3 kgs of my body fat with lean muscle. its not a lot but it shows, especially now that i'm closer to 12-13%.

Same here. I dont think thats really a problem. Noob gains are determines more by genetics and hormones rather than time. Juat lift and eat, thats what i'll do
