Am i the only one that gets all sorts of fucked up if I don't eat enough/miss a meal. What happens to you if you under eat? I get a headache, moody, tired, hot feeling, lethargic, brain fog and it sucks. Am I the only one?
>>
Nothing happens to me if I miss a meal. I could probably eat one meal a day and feel completely fine.

That sounds A LOT like a medical issue you should talk to a doctor about.

Gaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy
>>
Can someone come on here and say; "dang you sick cunt, you're lifting way to hard and not eating enough, step up the food game and keep lifting heavy bruh, you're gonna make it"?

It would make me happier than going to the dr

probably a blood sugar issue. i spent my 20s eating ramen and pasta and now if i eat a normal breakfast ill get the shakes by 1030-1100 until i eat again. you have to include protein in each meal to regulate your glucose levels
>>
I feel you OP. Tried going a full 24 hours just recently to atone for some dietary sins a few times, and it's definitely not the same as when I actually had the fat to burn through and still keep going. Time to rediscover my self-control
>>
Shit man you got insulin problems, go see a doc
>>
Lay off the sugar.
It's not normal to get those symptoms from skipping meals.

I have a pretty high metabolism. I naturally weigh about 185 @ 6'3 and I've always needed to eat a lot.

But now that I work out a ton with big lifts nearly every day (now 225 lbs), being hungry fucks me up pretty bad. If I get hungry, but then do not eat for another half hour:
>bad mood
>light headed
>can't focus.

Then the minute I eat I'm all better.
>>
Nothing.
I eat 600-1000 calories for breakfast, and then 600-1000 calories for dinner.

Never get headches, feel tired, moody, etc.

eating too much protien messes with my cognition, vegetarian too
