It's 2,400 calories and 128 grams of protein. It will make you gain a lot of weight, and help you get strong. It will also make you fat, and nobody should actually do full gomad. A quart should be fine. 600 calories, 32 grams. That's enough for a good surplus.

If you weigh less than 140lbs at 5'10"-6', then you should gomad for 3-6 weeks.

The point of GOMAD is to give you such a caloric surplus, your body puts on some fat mass which will give you some caloric cushion if you are barely eating maintenance with real food.

A bit higher bodyfat, assuming youre coming from spooky skellington mode, will help with hormone production, as well.

But you dont do GOMAD if you arent severely underweight. Because thats how you develop diabetes.
