It is such low weight you're not getting capped by your arm length but instead by poor programming and recovery.

Leverages determines advanced level performance, that's when form becomes a limiting factor.

If you've an adult man at literally any weight and you can't deadlift 100kg or can't surpass 100kg you're fucking up bad, it has nothing to do with your leverages.

Same with a weak bench and squat. The deadlift is an arbitrary example.

Anyhow, even if 100kg is a harder for a 64kg female, her limiting factor isn't leverage. Contradictory to your claim, she has good leverage for the deadlift, she has long ape arms.

The real reason for her strong in relation squat is she admitted she has spent more time squatting to fix more.
Of course your squat will be better than your deadlift when you squat thrice a week and deadlift once and half a week. You're progressing so much faster.

Obsessively bulk up, destroying your metabolism and ruining your potential to gain muscle?

Only correct way to determine your "end weight" or "optimal weight" is to live as healthily as possible, take your diet seriously and train hard so that you gain as much muscle and as little fat as possible. Where you end up is where you end up, you'll notice your muscle gains plateauing eventually.

Obsessing about being the wrong weight gives you absolutely nothing. If you go too high in the offseason without getting fat you need to think about going up a weightclass, thats about it.

If you can still gain muscle to the point of going up a weightclass and you are cutting more than just a couple of kg to make weight every time, you are cucking yourself of future gains.

In my club we recommend all juniors to compete at whatever weight they're at. For non-juniors depends entirely on what their development looks like.

I would have probably been nagged to go up a weightclass if it werent for the fact that I do most of my off-season competing(regionals etc) in 120 if I have to lose more than 1.5kg.

Im too impatient for that so I just cut 500-1500kcal deficit until I feel hampered too much, do a refeed for however long it takes to get back to "baseline strength" then do it again. It works ok but at least I don't have to count calories in depth.

My TDEE is apparenlty 300calories and I eat about 3300-3800 calories a day but I can't seem to gain any weight. I weigh 80kgs at 184cms.

What TDEE calculator do you use? Anyone at my height/weight with some information/experience? I work out three times a week and including cardio (30min every day as I bike too and from work which gets me exhausted) with an active job where I'm on my feet and walking a lot every day.

I really want to get stronger and eventually bulk up to about mid 90kgs but I've seemed to have hit a wall. Do I need to push it into 4000 calories a day?

I think you're misunderstanding the point of TDEE calculators. you use them when you start counting calories and have no idea what your current TDEE is. they give you a ballpark estimate you can start from. everything that happens after that is done by adjusting calories based on what you observe.

Next time I try this, I'll be doing two days of sheiko 37/30/32 and a day each for eq sq and eq bench and little else that day.

Also you can do triples and doubles. Just don't freak out if you don't touch/hit depth. It's about learning the groove better

I've been doing Sheiko cycles for a little over a year and a half now, and the gains have been insignificant compared to when I first started. It's obvious I should do a different routine, then return to Sheiko later.

My question is, what program should I do if I'm being burnt out by Sheiko? And don't give me that "Bodybuilding routine" meme shittery.

No bully indeed, just wanted to check where you were. Off the top of my head I see two options for you:
- take a month of easy recovery lifting and come back to sheiko. You may want to move up the chain of sheiko programs (eg from 3 to 4 day) or at least change some exercise selection.
- program hop a little while you're still pretty young in training age to get a sense of something else. Maybe try something like he TSA program, or something RTSish.

For the month of recovery I would do 1 or two weeks fully off and then 2 or 3 weeks of moderate frequency moderate volume lifting not going above RPE 7

Not super familiar with the dietmar 4 day program, but as long as it's not real work for that month it sounds pretty reasonable.

I mean sheiko 4 day does sound quite advanced for someone with 300 wilks desu (no offence). but this forum has taught me that people have dramatically different levels of talent.
