I've been chewing Turkish Falim gum maybe every other day for two months now, and I think I can see some changes in definition. Your jaw won't change unless you're really young, but it will strengthen your jaw muscles, which looks nice. Won't help too much of you're fat

nah it works, just make sure you chew with one side til it's fatigued then you work the other side.
I increase resistance by adding another piece of gum.
