helo /fit/ my legs and ass are quite muscular due to genetics and regular training (but not lifting) which im fine with but on top of that all my body fat is deposited predominantly at my inner thighs
ive done a lil bit of research and i know spot reduction is pretty much a myth, but is the only way to rid of that fat without starving myself just a shit ton of cardio?
the thing is, my upper body is literally skin and muscle which is rather awkward so i dont think just "losing weight" would be optimal
