How much do i have to pullup or pulldown or curl or row to get this bad boy to pop up for me? currently do meadows rows with 60 pounds for sets of 10, and ez bar curl with plates a side for sets of 8
Pretty sure it has more to do with body fat. I've seen skinny guys with that vein on the bicep

even at quite a high bf%(17%) İ had my bicep vein cause of dem curls BREH
so much of this is just how lean you are. Some people also just seem to be more vascular regardless of bodyfat percentage and muscle mass. I'm not sure if this is due to blood pressure or if their veins are just a little more superficially located.

this, I hardly had any vascularity even with fairly low BF, then when I got on tren it was like a highway from my wrists all the way up my shoulder and chest. Probably since it raised my blood pressure

Vascularity is mostly genetic. My bodyfat is about 20% (no visible abs) and I wake up with arms more vascular than that that guy.
Genetics give you bicep veins. Ive had them since I was 8 and skinny fat
