it really depends on so many more factors than your height and weight but it can give you an insight into your body type

if you have really long legs at your height you won't get as far as someone who has a longer torso

if i was to guess i'd say at those proportions you might get 120-130kg but it's just a guess
the other thing is that if you don't care about your weight and you're just eating as much as you can to get stronger you'll do better than someone who is trying to either limit their weight gain or lose weight

even though the difference between 100 and 120 doesn't seem like a lot, the difference between 100 3x5 and 120 3x5, three times a week, it's huge

Don't really have 1 rep maxes at the moment as the last time I done them was about 4 months ago so it wouldn't be right to use them now for reference, but my 3 rep maxes are;

Bench - 85kg
Squats - 100kg (recovering from bust ankle)
Deadlifts - 150kg (about 2 months back)

Im squatting 4x12 at 100 on the hack squat, so my standard squat should be a bit higher now than listed here.

If I achieve it then i'd be ecstatic but if I progress but don't make it I don't get disappointed but can be happy with the progress I made.
