Protein consumption timing does make a difference. I've seen a lot of fit fags on here say otherwise.
"One group of 8 men consumed a total of 80 g of whey protein throughout their 12-hour recovery period as every 1.5 hours. Another group of 8 men consumed 20g of whey protein every 3 hours. The third group of 8 men consumed 40 g of whey protein every 6 hours. Muscle biopsies were taken 5 times during the 12-hour period."
"Areta et al. (1) reported that the 20 g of whey protein consumed every 3 hours significantly was better at stimulating myofibrillar protein synthesis throughout the day compared with the other 2 feedings. The researchers concluded that “…the effect of modulating the distribution of protein intake on anabolic responses in skeletal muscle has potential to maximize outcomes of resistance training for attaining peak muscle mass” (1). In a similar study, Moore etal. (4) also established that the timing and amount (20 g of protein every 3 hours) was the most beneficial for muscle protein synthesis in trained men. The aforementioned studies were conducted with trained young men."
Here's the study.

oh no
i'll make gains 3.1167211647% slower if I don't consume my whey protein/meals every 3 hours
these absolutely minuscule amount of gains is worth the effort I'll new to put in to have completely inconvenient meal times
i better quit working out now
yfw i can't make any gains because i'm not super autistic and read every new healthScienceJournal.nbli.gov on how to maximize natty gains
instead I just workout consistently and make sure to consume enough calories
mfw will never make it poor me how will i ever becum zebrabro

If scientists are autistic then what's the insult.

spoken like a true autist

I bet you're small as fuck

thank fuck your ignorance doesn't influence statistics

For someone who is serious about gaining muscle and aesthetics as quickly and efficiently as possible, this is a huge edge on competition.
>>38483302
You ever heard of the 80/20 rule? 80% of gains with 20% of the work. I highly doubt anyone here is to the point where they need such minuscule details to continue to add muscle.

Just speaking on the topic of optimum effects here. A little bit compounds into higher numbers over time.

I didn't bother opening the link when I read that study participants N = 24. In OPs summary.
