Make sure those hips don't rise before your torso.
Your legs seem to be extending after the initial pull off the ground (because your hips rise quick), leaving your torso behind and forcing you to have to yank up the weight with your back.

Otherwise it looks better than most other people deadlifting in typical gyms. Keep at it lad and keep getting stronger

Also bring the bar as close to your legs as possible. Sticking your hips out more will help. When descending, knees first a little, then hips until the bar is below your knees, then both down.
